Les donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans le pr\u00e9sent document ont \u00e9t\u00e9 saisies dans une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente de celle \u00e0 laquelle nous faisons face aujourd\u2019hui. Au lieu d\u2019examiner ces donn\u00e9es comme nous le ferions pour une photographie, en fonction d\u2019une clart\u00e9 d\u2019image et d\u2019un solide sens de la perspective, peut-\u00eatre pouvons-nous maintenant les \u00e9valuer comme nous le ferions d\u2019un tableau postimpressionniste : les donn\u00e9es qui alimentent notre vision ont un sens flou, mais elles nous offrent quand m\u00eame une compr\u00e9hension unique d\u2019une \u00e9poque r\u00e9volue. Le pr\u00e9sent document refl\u00e8te des r\u00e9sultats sur un futur possible avant qu\u2019un bouleversement ne soit survenu. Les recherches que nous pr\u00e9sentons ici ne sont plus une bonne indication de ce qui est \u00e0 venir, mais plut\u00f4t de la fa\u00e7on dont les choses \u00e9taient. Le monde dans lequel nous avons v\u00e9cu continue de fournir les bases que nous esp\u00e9rons reconstruire, r\u00e9tablir et r\u00e9envisager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant la COVID-19, l\u2019avenir du travail \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de changer rapidement en raison des possibilit\u00e9s technologiques en constante \u00e9volution. La COVID-19 a entra\u00een\u00e9 un changement dans nos syst\u00e8mes de valeurs, nos priorit\u00e9s, nos investissements, nos processus, nos acc\u00e8s et notre compr\u00e9hension de ce qui est possible et de ce qui ne l\u2019est pas. La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre1 a chang\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on drastique et d\u00e9vastatrice, et pourtant l\u2019innovation et la possibilit\u00e9 de nous rassembler dans l\u2019adversit\u00e9 demeurent possibles. L\u2019innovation technologique a permis de r\u00e9agir rapidement \u00e0 la crise, tout comme elle a soutenu les changements productifs dans le travail et la culture du travail rendus n\u00e9cessaires par l\u2019impact de la crise. Nous esp\u00e9rons que le pr\u00e9sent document pourra nous aider \u00e0 comprendre les zones d\u2019ombre et les possibilit\u00e9s qui existaient auparavant, et qu\u2019il servira de tremplin pour d\u00e9couvrir, en cette p\u00e9riode d\u2019obscurit\u00e9, d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de pertes, les possibilit\u00e9s qui se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019orientation technologique des entreprises canadiennes a chang\u00e9 depuis que les Provinces ont mis en place des mesures de confinement. Auparavant, les entreprises se concentraient sur la culture du travail et sur la fa\u00e7on d\u2019attirer, de garder et de perfectionner les talents appropri\u00e9s. Dans le contexte actuel, nous avons vu des organisations canadiennes tourner leur attention sur la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s commerciales et sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs employ\u00e9s, et ce, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des investissements ax\u00e9s sur l\u2019espace de travail et sur des technologies permettant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les technologies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es en fonction de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 augmenter ou \u00e0 remplacer le travail humain et, malgr\u00e9 le fait que les entreprises ont d\u00fb repenser leurs priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques pour 2020 et au-del\u00e0, la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la technologie dans le lieu de travail n\u2019est pas appel\u00e9e \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre. Au contraire, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l\u2019innovation au Canada au cours de la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de 2020 pour que les entreprises demeurent souples et r\u00e9pondent aux directives en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui changeaient constamment et autoris\u00e9es par les diff\u00e9rents paliers gouvernementaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pensons que cette \u00ab prochaine normalit\u00e9 \u00bb, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par \u00ab \u00e9tat post-COVID-19 \u00bb, continuera de susciter une innovation rapide et un d\u00e9veloppement souple des technologies pour favoriser une transformation num\u00e9rique continue. Dans ce contexte, la plupart des \u00e9l\u00e9ments que nous connaissions auparavant seront touch\u00e9s : l\u2019\u00e9ducation en tant que concept et pratique, le lieu de travail et les bureaux, de m\u00eame que les modes de collaboration entre les entreprises et leurs \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. M\u00eame si le travail humain sera augment\u00e9 et, dans certains cas, remplac\u00e9, les comp\u00e9tences humaines comme la compassion, la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes se r\u00e9v\u00e9leront plus pr\u00e9cieuses que jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent document a pour b\u00fbt d\u2019examiner l\u2019adoption des technologies au Canada par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019avenir du travail et \u00e0 la transformation du lieu de travail. M\u00eame dans un monde ant\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la COVID-19, nous assistions d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la transformation du lieu de travail : des technologies de pointe comme les assistants num\u00e9riques intelligents, l\u2019automatisation des processus robotiques, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e et l\u2019intelligence artificielle sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place, alors que des \u00e9volutions plus affin\u00e9es comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les immeubles intelligents sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
