Ce cadre centr\u00e9 sur les travailleurs est essentiel \u00e0 la synth\u00e8se du dialogue actuel \u2013 qui met principalement l\u2019accent sur les conditions objectives, ou la structure, du travail \u2013 en vue de jeter un regard critique sur le r\u00f4le des agences dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e0 la demande. Nous devons mieux comprendre et articuler la nature des tensions entre la structure du travail et les agences, afin que les politiques puissent jouer un r\u00f4le plus significatif dans cet espace dynamique en constante \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons fait un choix conceptuel d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 en concentrant nos recherches sur le travail \u00e0 la demande facilit\u00e9 par les plateformes num\u00e9riques, et, au sein de cet espace, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s (comment et pourquoi les travailleurs \u00e0 la demande acc\u00e8dent-ils \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e0 la demande?), le mouvement (comment et pourquoi les personnes qui travaillent \u00e0 la demande gravitent-elles autour de l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e0 la demande ou en font-elles partie?) et le capital (quels sont les modes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, et pour quelles raisons?).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 la demande a fait l\u2019objet de beaucoup d\u2019attention ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, certains le consid\u00e9rant comme une tendance positive habilitant davantage les travailleurs et leur offrant plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et de choix, alors que d\u2019autres sont d\u2019avis qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une forme d\u2019exploitation permettant aux employeurs de se d\u00e9lester de leurs responsabilit\u00e9s au d\u00e9triment des droits des travailleurs. Ces vues contradictoires s\u2019expliquent en partie par la diversit\u00e9 des formes que prend le travail \u00e0 la demande et de ses d\u00e9finitions.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
