D&#8217;apr\u00e8s les projections \u00e0 2028, la perte de seulement 90 000 emplois sera \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer dans ces professions. <\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">2<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p> les postes quelque peu vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 l&#8217;automatisation (risque moyen) repr\u00e9sentent environ 40 p. 100 de l&#8217;emploi actuel. L&#8217;industrie automobile et la fabrication de produits \u00e9lectroniques concentrent le plus grand nombre d&#8217;installations.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les changements technologiques sont l&#8217;un des moteurs de la croissance \u00e9conomique. Ils contribuent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 de fabrication des biens et de prestation des services, \u00e0 savoir produire autant avec moins de ressources ou produire davantage avec le m\u00eame apport en main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre. Les technologies permettent \u00e9galement de concevoir de nouveaux produits et services capables de cr\u00e9er de nouvelles professions et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une demande in\u00e9dite chez les consommateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus d&#8217;\u00e9volution technologique est n\u00e9anmoins source de perturbations : il rend certaines professions obsol\u00e8tes ou modifie en acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 le paysage de secteurs tout entiers. Dans le m\u00eame temps, de nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques et professions sont mis sur pied pour les remplacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent Commentaire \u00e9value les r\u00e9percussions probables de l&#8217;automatisation sur le march\u00e9 du travail canadien et compare les r\u00e9sultats obtenus aux anciennes pr\u00e9visions. D&#8217;autres ont peu de chances d&#8217;\u00eatre automatis\u00e9es en raison des facult\u00e9s humaines ou des comp\u00e9tences pointues qu&#8217;elles requi\u00e8rent : neurochirurgiens ou d\u00e9tectives, par exemple. La plupart des professions ne peuvent pas \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9es, mais ne sont pas pour autant \u00e0 l&#8217;abri de toute automatisation. Les professions ayant le plus de chances d&#8217;\u00eatre automatis\u00e9es comportent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une majorit\u00e9 de t\u00e2ches bien d\u00e9finies et r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, comme c&#8217;est le cas dans l&#8217;industrie manufacturi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ un actif sur cinq au Canada occupe un emploi susceptible, en th\u00e9orie, d&#8217;\u00eatre automatis\u00e9. Ces projections indiquent que le march\u00e9 du travail s&#8217;adapte au fur et \u00e0 mesure aux changements technologiques, et continuera probablement \u00e0 suivre ce cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;analyse de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;automatisation en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles indique que la part des personnes noires et autochtones exer\u00e7ant des professions \u00e0 haut risque d&#8217;automatisation au Canada est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la moyenne nationale. Cette vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 relativement sup\u00e9rieure est probablement li\u00e9e aux moins bons r\u00e9sultats moyens en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi observ\u00e9s chez les personnes noires et autochtones par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne canadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les hommes, les femmes et les immigrants sont toutefois expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un risque moyen similaire d&#8217;automatisation. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les diff\u00e9rences ne sont pas suffisamment importantes pour justifier l&#8217;instauration de politiques cibl\u00e9es visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir sp\u00e9cifiquement le ch\u00f4mage technologique de groupes donn\u00e9s. En revanche, il est possible d&#8217;influer indirectement sur les effets d&#8217;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 d\u00e9coulant de l&#8217;automatisation en axant plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les politiques d&#8217;\u00e9ducation et d&#8217;emploi sur la lutte contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s. N\u00e9anmoins, au vu de la croissance des emplois atypiques, les politiques traditionnelles de soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi risquent de ne pas couvrir l&#8217;ensemble des travailleurs touch\u00e9s par l&#8217;automatisation. \u00c0 la suite de la crise actuelle de la COVID-19,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>le gouvernement devrait analyser les effets de ses programmes d&#8217;urgence en mati\u00e8re de soutien du revenu et en tirer des conclusions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 moderniser l&#8217;assurance-emploi et \u00e0 combler les lacunes observ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"buttons-block-block_5fc7b0da97bff\"
