Certaines \u00e9tudes indiquent qu\u2019elle apporte une valeur ajout\u00e9e en r\u00e9duisant le fardeau administratif des enseignants, qui peuvent alors se concentrer davantage sur les pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques cr\u00e9atives, et en r\u00e9duisant les biais de notation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">2<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>  \u00c9valuation des \u00e9carts de comp\u00e9tences : Les entreprises doivent conna\u00eetre leurs d\u00e9ficits internes sur le plan des comp\u00e9tences. L\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00e9carts rep\u00e8re les d\u00e9ficits latents, d\u2019ordre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ou particulier, et les d\u00e9ficits apparus suite \u00e0 des changements contextuels, comme l\u2019introduction d\u2019une nouvelle l\u00e9gislation, ou technologiques..<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">3<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences est de plus en plus populaire. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente indique que 76 % des entreprises employant 100 personnes ou plus ont recours \u00e0 un exercice de mesure des comp\u00e9tences durant le recrutement des talents pour \u00e9valuer les facult\u00e9s intellectuelles et la personnalit\u00e9, entre autres. Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente des domaines dans lesquels la technologie peut offrir, ou offre, des approches innovantes dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences et de l\u2019emploi. Il d\u00e9taille \u00e9galement la mani\u00e8re dont la technologie permet de combler le d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences, notamment en renfor\u00e7ant le perfectionnement et en aidant les entreprises \u00e0 \u00e9voluer et \u00e0 s\u2019adapter. Illustr\u00e9 d\u2019exemples concrets tir\u00e9s du monde entier, il montre \u00e9galement comment la technologie permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 des lieux de travail pour les groupes en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.s et les d\u00e9velopper, mieux mettre en ad\u00e9quation l\u2019offre et la demande, et cr\u00e9er des environnements de travail plus sains, plus inclusifs et plus productifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il reste naturellement des aspects \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer. Les prestataires de services, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019\u00e9tablissements postsecondaires, de prestataires de formation priv\u00e9s ou d\u2019organismes communautaires, doivent am\u00e9liorer le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de sorte \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des employeurs, \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ceux des demandeurs d\u2019emploi et \u00e0 offrir un appui, en particulier pour les groupes vuln\u00e9rables. Parall\u00e8lement, les organismes de financement doivent investir dans ce qui fonctionne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il appara\u00eet \u00e9galement que pour utiliser au mieux la technologie, les employeurs doivent mieux cerner les comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont r\u00e9ellement besoin ainsi que la mani\u00e8re de les d\u00e9finir et de les \u00e9valuer.
