Pour \u00eatre concurrentielles sur le march\u00e9 d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, elles ont besoin des bonnes personnes poss\u00e9dant les bonnes comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, elles sont touch\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on disproportionn\u00e9e par la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, situation aggrav\u00e9e par la COVID-19. Contrairement aux grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, les PME composent avec des ressources limit\u00e9es, ce qui rend la r\u00e9ponse aux besoins en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines d\u2019autant plus difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"buttons-block-block_5f877de4efb9b\" class=\"buttons-block \">\n    <ul class=\"buttons-block__buttons\">\n                                    <li class=\"buttons-block__item button-item section-title button-item--button\">\n                    <a class=\"btn btn--download btn-dark\" href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PetitsEtMoyensEmployeurs-FPP-Oct2020-FR.pdf\" download>Petits et moyens employeurs (PME) : lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences futures <span class=\"filesize\">PDF 2.52 MB<\/span><\/a>\n                <\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Points importants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"buttons-block bucket-block__items three-up\">\n\t<div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">1<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>40 % des PME \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en 2019 consid\u00e9raient les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences comme un d\u00e9fi concurrentiel majeur, en hausse de 4 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">2<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Les PME faisant face \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sont 43 % plus susceptibles de conna\u00eetre une faible croissance, exigeant de leurs employ\u00e9s d\u2019effectuer des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires et accusant des retards dans les services rendus.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">3<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p> La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019analyser davantage la situation de la p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences dans les PME au Canada est \u00e9vidente. Pourtant, elles font face \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et \u00e0 des lacunes de comp\u00e9tences cruciales qui menacent leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 \u2013 tant par rapport aux grandes entreprises qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u2019autres entreprises \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et partout au pays, les PME ont d\u00e9cel\u00e9 des p\u00e9nuries de talent. Des enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par diff\u00e9rentes organisations montrent \u00e0 maintes reprises que les PME signalent que l\u2019acc\u00e8s au talent est un enjeu de concurrence essentiel. En m\u00eame temps, il y a peu de donn\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9cises requises dans divers secteurs et r\u00e9gions du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des indices montrent \u00e9galement que les PME font face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis dans plusieurs processus courants, tels que ceux utilis\u00e9s pour embaucher, retenir et former le talent. Souvent, elles ne disposent pas des professionnels des ressources humaines et des ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir le recrutement de travailleurs hautement qualifi\u00e9s, ou manquent d\u2019outils et de ressources pour former, recycler et perfectionner les employ\u00e9s existants. Certaines \u00e9tudes laissent indiquer \u00e9galement qu\u2019elles doivent relever des d\u00e9fis pour retenir les talents. De plus, il est prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019il existe plus d\u2019obstacles dans les PME pour les femmes et les employ\u00e9s divers, en partie en raison de la forte d\u00e9pendance des PME \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des processus informels de recrutement. Les PME sont souvent mal outill\u00e9es \u00e0 satisfaire les exigences r\u00e9glementaires croissantes telles que la loi C-25, loi modifiant la Loi sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s canadiennes par actions, qui exige la production de rapports suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la diversit\u00e9 dans les conseils et dans les r\u00f4les de premier plan, ainsi que sur les strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la repr\u00e9sentation des femmes et des groupes divers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, les PME ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus durement touch\u00e9es par la COVID-19, les plus petites entreprises et celles des secteurs des services \u00e9tant les plus frapp\u00e9es. Bien que certaines manifestent un optimisme mod\u00e9r\u00e9 quant \u00e0 la reprise, les r\u00e9percussions que la pand\u00e9mie aura sur les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019emploi dans le secteur des PME sont loin d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent rapport explore les connaissances actuelles sur les approches de comp\u00e9tences parmi les PME canadiennes ainsi que les De 2008 \u00e0 2010, elle devenait la premi\u00e8re femme directrice de l\u2019\u00c9cole de relations industrielles. Blanchette a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses travaux dans de prestigieuses conf\u00e9rences internationales, telles que la r\u00e9union annuelle de la Academy of Management et le colloque international annuel du European Group on Organization Studies. Il est charg\u00e9 de cours en gestion \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de gestion Desautels de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill et coauteur de plusieurs \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes sur les femmes et le travail, ainsi que sur les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de formation et de comp\u00e9tences dans les PME.
