Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomiques (OCDE), le Forum \u00e9conomique mondial (FEM), les grands cabinets de conseil en gestion, les groupes de r\u00e9flexion et les banques ont accord\u00e9 une attention particuli\u00e8re aux rapports donnant l\u2019alerte au sujet des professions les plus menac\u00e9es par l\u2019automatisation, le nombre d\u2019emplois qui seront perdus et les comp\u00e9tences et professions susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9pargn\u00e9es par l\u2019obsolescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et si cette attention \u00e9tait mal plac\u00e9e?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rente au progr\u00e8s technologique signifie que dans un corpus de litt\u00e9rature croissant, un rapport pr\u00e9voit que 59 % des emplois sont \u00e0 haut risque en raison de l\u2019automatisation alors qu\u2019un autre pr\u00e9dit que 6 % le sont. Et les d\u00e9lais dans lesquels ces r\u00e9percussions sont cens\u00e9es se produire sont tout aussi vastes, allant de 10 \u00e0 50 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Adoptant une approche diff\u00e9rente, le pr\u00e9sent document examine des initiatives prises dans neuf pays, souligne les principales projections de huit des rapports les plus importants publi\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour sur les comp\u00e9tences de l\u2019avenir, et r\u00e9partit les effets des moteurs de changement des comp\u00e9tences en cinq r\u00e9percussions cl\u00e9s qui influenceront l\u2019orientation et la forme de l\u2019avenir des comp\u00e9tences et du travail, notamment : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Diminution du travail de routine;<\/li><li>D\u00e9groupement des t\u00e2ches;<\/li><li>Besoin accru d\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9silience des travailleurs;<\/li><li>Accent sur la capacit\u00e9 des travailleurs \u00e0 travailler avec la technologie;  <\/li><li>Accent accru sur les comp\u00e9tences difficiles \u00e0 automatiser.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, le pr\u00e9sent document analyse la relation entre les projections et examine l\u2019\u00e9volution et l\u2019imbrication des m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er ces projections.  <br> Ce point de vue panoramique est suivi d\u2019une discussion plus approfondie d\u2019une initiative int\u00e9ressante qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours dans l\u2019un des pays s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s.
