Ces r\u00e9sultats peuvent \u00eatre rationalis\u00e9es par sur le travail d&#8217;apprentissage au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es vingt \u00e9tant un facteur important du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, et cet apprentissage n\u00e9gativement impact\u00e9 par les mauvaises conditions macro\u00e9conomiques.
