Nous trouvons des preuves solides que les esprits sains augmente positivement de nombreux domaines de la sant\u00e9 physique des adolescents trait\u00e9s. Nous trouvons aussi des preuves que les esprits sains affecte positivement le comportement, mais n&#8217;a pas d&#8217;impact sur le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel. Nous trouvons notables effets de genre, favorisant fortement les gar\u00e7ons. Nous avons \u00e9galement des preuves que pr\u00e9sente un esprit sain change aspirations de carri\u00e8re, avec ceux qui sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un traitement \u00e9tant moins susceptibles de choisir un travail comp\u00e9titif et plus susceptibles de choisir le travail qui implique \u00ab personnes-comp\u00e9tences \u00bb.
