Nous d\u00e9veloppons au niveau des travailleurs, des mesures fond\u00e9es sur des enqu\u00eates de contenu des t\u00e2ches d&#8217;emplois &#8211; d&#8217;analyse et de personnel, cognitif et manuel de routine cognitive non-routine &#8211; qui sont compatibles avec les mesures largement utilis\u00e9es propres \u00e0 la profession sur la base O * base de donn\u00e9es de NET. Nous les appliquons aux enqu\u00eates repr\u00e9sentatives men\u00e9es dans 42 pays \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades de d\u00e9veloppement. Nous trouvons des diff\u00e9rences de pays-cross substantielles dans le contenu du travail au sein des professions. l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 des t\u00e2ches de routine (RTI) d&#8217;emplois diminue de mani\u00e8re significative avec le PIB par habitant pour les professions hautement qualifi\u00e9es, mais pas pour les professions \u00e0 faible et moyen comp\u00e9tences. Nous estimons que les d\u00e9terminants de la RTI des travailleurs en fonction de la technologie (utilisation de l&#8217;ordinateur), la mondialisation (sp\u00e9cialisation dans les cha\u00eenes de valeur mondiales), le changement structurel et l&#8217;offre de comp\u00e9tences et d\u00e9composons leur r\u00f4le dans ce qui repr\u00e9sente la variation de la RTI entre les pays. Utilisation de l&#8217;ordinateur, une meilleure \u00e9ducation et les comp\u00e9tences en litt\u00e9ratie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 la baisse RTI. La mondialisation (telle que mesur\u00e9e par la part du secteur \u00e9tranger \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e) augmente RTI dans les pays pauvres, mais r\u00e9duit la RTI dans les pays riches.
