Nous constatons que les changements des TIC et de gestion r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement la probabilit\u00e9 pour les travailleurs de plus de 45 de transmettre leurs connaissances \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues. Ensuite, nous analysons le r\u00f4le de la formation dans l&#8217;att\u00e9nuation de cet impact n\u00e9gatif. Pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;auto-s\u00e9lection dans la formation, nous utilisons des m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;appariement de score de propension et une approximation de la productivit\u00e9 inobservable.
