Le but de cet article est d&#8217;explorer la corr\u00e9lation et la trajectoire de l&#8217;utilisation des TIC par les pr\u00eatres dans l&#8217;\u00c9glise d&#8217;Angleterre dans les diverses formes de WIL. Conception \/ m\u00e9thodologie \/ approche: l&#8217;\u00e9tude de cas explore l&#8217;utilisation des TIC aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un \u00e9chantillon de l&#8217;Eglise des pr\u00eatres en Angleterre en examinant d&#8217;abord l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;environnements d&#8217;apprentissage virtuels (EAV) tels que Blackboard et Moodle dans l&#8217;apprentissage en milieu de travail (WBL); et l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la trajectoire et la corr\u00e9lation \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage li\u00e9 au travail (WRL) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur utilisation des outils r\u00e9seau \/ engagement social tels que Facebook et Twitter \u00e0 des cours de perfectionnement professionnel (DPC). La corr\u00e9lation et la trajectoire est fournie par une analyse de documents d&#8217;acc\u00e8s VLE et un questionnaire d&#8217;enqu\u00eate, les r\u00e9sultats. Les pr\u00eatres en WBL et des pr\u00eatres engag\u00e9s dans WRL (\u00e0 savoir des cours de formation professionnelle continue) ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une corr\u00e9lation dans le manque de pr\u00e9gnance des TIC. Avec seulement une minorit\u00e9 de pr\u00eatres se livrer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (HE), la familiarit\u00e9 et l&#8217;utilisation des TIC telles que les plates-formes VLE stagn\u00e9 ou diminu\u00e9.
