Dans cet article, nous pr\u00e9sentons les donn\u00e9es de entretiens approfondis r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec 51 jeunes australiens sur leurs strat\u00e9gies de gestion de la possibilit\u00e9 de rupture technologique dans le lieu de travail. Face aux incertitudes de l&#8217;avenir, nous avons constat\u00e9 que la majorit\u00e9 de nos participants est rest\u00e9 confiant dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir pour eux-m\u00eames une histoire de carri\u00e8re \u00ab bien \u00bb. Nous posons cependant que ceux qui ne pouvait ni \u00e9viter ni r\u00e9duire la possibilit\u00e9 que les progr\u00e8s technologiques pourraient mettre en p\u00e9ril leurs plans de carri\u00e8re ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une perspective de mall\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re o\u00f9 ils ont accept\u00e9 le risque restaient encore subjectivement confiance dans leur propre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9crire leur r\u00e9cit de carri\u00e8re si, ou quand les circonstances l&#8217;exigeaient.
