Conception \/ m\u00e9thodologie \/ approche: Les chercheurs ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9valuation apprentissage et la r\u00e9flexion narrative (LEARN) pour faciliter l&#8217;articulation dans le monde r\u00e9el de l&#8217;apprentissage en milieu de travail. Un groupe d&#8217;\u00e9tudiants de placement de travail effectu\u00e9 des enqu\u00eates avant et apr\u00e8s le travail, ce qui incite la r\u00e9flexion sur leurs objectifs et les comportements d&#8217;apprentissage. L&#8217;apprentissage transf\u00e9rable Orientation enqu\u00eate comprenait cinq constructions: orientation vers un but, la croyance de l&#8217;apprentissage, l&#8217;auto-efficacit\u00e9, transfert (apprentissage en profondeur) et de l&#8217;organisation. Ils ont ensuite r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion \u00e9crite et un sc\u00e9nario de simulation d&#8217;entrevue, o\u00f9 ils articul\u00e9s verbalement leurs capacit\u00e9s et l&#8217;applicabilit\u00e9 de leurs comp\u00e9tences. Les r\u00e9sultats de l&#8217;analyse th\u00e9matique sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, r\u00e9sultats:.
