Les participants qui ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance sur les comp\u00e9tences non techniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies pour l&#8217;\u00e9tude. Au total, 180 participants de 12 programmes ont rempli les r\u00e9ponses en fonction d&#8217;une \u00e9chelle de Likert en cinq points. De tous, 167 r\u00e9ponses \u00e9taient compl\u00e8tes et jug\u00e9s aptes \u00e0 l&#8217;analyse. L&#8217;analyse factorielle utilisant SPSS 22 a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 cinq facteurs, \u00e0 savoir la famille, l&#8217;auto, de l&#8217;industrie, du monde universitaire et des ressources.
