Le document int\u00e9ressera \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues de toute discipline qui ont un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les lectures critiques (re) d&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 et des moyens pratiques d&#8217;\u00e9tudiants engageant dans les approches ethnographiques pour comprendre les pratiques en milieu de travail, en particulier ceux qui ont un int\u00e9r\u00eat professionnel, bas\u00e9 sur le travail, ou l&#8217;apprentissage de placement. Conception \/ m\u00e9thodologie \/ approche: L4E est fond\u00e9e sur les th\u00e9ories sociales de la communication de la sociologie et de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation qui comprend l&#8217;alphab\u00e9tisation comme une activit\u00e9 sociale complexe int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans des domaines de pratique. Ces id\u00e9es reconnaissent les lieux de travail comme des domaines qui sont des contextes tr\u00e8s distincts et vari\u00e9s pour l&#8217;alphab\u00e9tisation (plut\u00f4t que g\u00e9n\u00e9rique ou standard) et que pour r\u00e9ussir en particulier les milieux de travail des \u00e9tudiants doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coute, et en adaptation et fluide, les pratiques d&#8217;alphab\u00e9tisation nuanc\u00e9es de ce lieu de travail . Cependant, il semble (Lea et Stierer, 2000) que les \u00e9tudiants HE (et les enseignants) \u00e9prouvent rarement l&#8217;enseignement manifeste sur l&#8217;alphab\u00e9tisation en alphab\u00e9tisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou le lieu de travail en particulier, r\u00e9sultats.
