Les r\u00e9sultats: En d\u00e9pit du consensus apparent entre les parties prenantes sur l&#8217;importance cruciale de l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, il existe une grande diversit\u00e9 dans la fa\u00e7on dont chacun imagine GWR est mieux assur\u00e9e. Limitations \/ Implications recherche: Tout examen est limit\u00e9 par la litt\u00e9rature existante et si ce n&#8217;est pas rare que la plupart des recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fait en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, en Europe occidentale et en Australie, c&#8217;est une s\u00e9rieuse limitation.
