Le but de cet article est d&#8217;examiner comment les principaux intervenants (universitaires, des tuteurs en milieu de travail et les \u00e9tudiants) sur un programme menant \u00e0 l&#8217;enregistrement en tant que position scientifique biom\u00e9dicale (BMS) eux-m\u00eames dans leur r\u00f4le et l&#8217;impact ult\u00e9rieur de ce moment de la livraison de la formation pr\u00e9-inscription et le d\u00e9veloppement des capacit\u00e9s professionnelles. Conception \/ m\u00e9thodologie \/ approche: constructiviste m\u00e9thodologie de la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la terre et une approche de m\u00e9thodes mixtes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 contribution pour l&#8217;\u00e9tude, r\u00e9sultats. Les r\u00e9sultats exposent les d\u00e9fis d&#8217;une mise au point positiviste et les hypoth\u00e8ses autour de l&#8217;apprentissage en milieu de travail et le perfectionnement professionnel qui constitue un obstacle au d\u00e9veloppement de la capacit\u00e9 professionnelle. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette barri\u00e8re, deux strat\u00e9gies de \u00ab faire du portefeuille \u00bb et \u00ab gagnant BMS monnaie \u00bb sont adopt\u00e9s. Le portefeuille d&#8217;inscription est devenue une mesure objective r\u00e9ductionniste de l&#8217;apprentissage, ce qui refl\u00e8te la typologie positiviste de la pratique dans cette profession.
