Nous soutenons que dans des contextes avec la liaison \u00e9cole-travail serr\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s standardis\u00e9s syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9ducation et de formation professionnelle, l&#8217;effet n\u00e9faste du ch\u00f4mage pr\u00e9coce d\u00e9pend de la fa\u00e7on dont le profil du candidat correspond aux exigences du poste annonc\u00e9. Pour tester cette hypoth\u00e8se, nous avons sond\u00e9 les recruteurs suisses qui cherchaient \u00e0 occuper des postes pendant la p\u00e9riode de collecte des donn\u00e9es. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience d&#8217;enqu\u00eate factoriel qui a test\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont les trajectoires (un) d&#8217;emploi dans le CV des candidats jeunes hypoth\u00e9tique emploi affect\u00e9 leurs chances d&#8217;\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 pour une v\u00e9ritable vacance. Nos r\u00e9sultats montrent que le ch\u00f4mage diminue la pertinence per\u00e7ue d&#8217;un candidat \u00e0 un emploi sp\u00e9cifique, ce qui implique qu&#8217;il ya un effet de cicatrisation du ch\u00f4mage qui augmente avec la dur\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00eatre au ch\u00f4mage. Mais nous avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que ces effets sont mod\u00e9r\u00e9s par la fa\u00e7on dont le profil du candidat correspond aux exigences de l&#8217;emploi.
