Plus r\u00e9cemment, un module de comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique pour les honneurs \u00e9tudiants de derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9. Ce module se compose d&#8217;un programme d&#8217;activit\u00e9s de soutien de l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aux \u00e9tudiants de premier cycle de derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de 2012 \u00e0 2015. Une caract\u00e9ristique cl\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la livraison de ces activit\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 la participation d&#8217;experts externes. Des questionnaires d\u00e9taill\u00e9s ont captur\u00e9 les perceptions des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et l&#8217;analyse th\u00e9matique a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des points cl\u00e9s. Le module a \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7u comme tr\u00e8s utile, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation significative de la confiance des \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans des domaines cl\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences am\u00e9liorant l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9. De plus, les \u00e9tudiants peuvent avoir une perception biais\u00e9e de la pertinence des comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rique \u00e0 leur cheminement de carri\u00e8re.
