Les donn\u00e9es se composait de 21 comp\u00e9tences, le taux des employeurs importants. Ces comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9es en quatre dimensions: comp\u00e9tences analytiques, les comp\u00e9tences professionnelles de carri\u00e8re et de pr\u00e9paration, les comp\u00e9tences de communication, et de la personnalit\u00e9, les comp\u00e9tences en leadership et travail \u00e9quipe \/ groupe. Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 la fiabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9chelle, [a-chi carr\u00e9] essai et corr\u00e9lation rang ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour analyser l&#8217;importance de ces comp\u00e9tences.
