Une analyse th\u00e9matique a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e afin de d\u00e9terminer le degr\u00e9 d&#8217;alignement entre les attributs de deuxi\u00e8me cycle, les exigences d&#8217;accr\u00e9ditation et les crit\u00e8res d&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;industrie dans les cours de soins infirmiers, la psychologie et l&#8217;\u00e9ducation dans une universit\u00e9 australienne. attributs d&#8217;\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;approbation du cours et du syst\u00e8me de gestion. exigences d&#8217;accr\u00e9ditation pertinentes provenaient des organes respectifs. Une recherche de postes d&#8217;emploi annonc\u00e9s pour les trois domaines de la discipline a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un moteur de recherche d&#8217;emploi populaire (SEEK) de d\u00e9terminer les crit\u00e8res d&#8217;employabilit\u00e9. Cette analyse a identifi\u00e9 un alignement clair entre les attributs de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l&#8217;universit\u00e9 et les normes \u00e9nonc\u00e9es par les organismes d&#8217;accr\u00e9ditation pour la psychologie, les soins infirmiers et de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation. Cependant, il y avait des diff\u00e9rences entre les attributs de deuxi\u00e8me cycle et les crit\u00e8res d&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s par recherche d&#8217;emploi dans les trois disciplines.
