L&#8217;\u00e9tude adopte une approche qualitative de cas et se fonde sur des preuves de la recherche men\u00e9e dans quatre PME manufacturi\u00e8res qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette su\u00e9doise WPDP. Financ\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s de l&#8217;UE, WPDPs offrent des activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences aux PME afin de renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s de production et \/ ou promouvoir l&#8217;innovation. Les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que les activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences fournies par le programme d&#8217;apprentissage d\u00e9clench\u00e9 dans les activit\u00e9s de travail quotidiennes et favoris\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement de diff\u00e9rentes approches de l&#8217;innovation organis\u00e9es par les employ\u00e9s dans les entreprises.
