Mod\u00e9lisation des \u00e9quations structurelles (SEM) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9tudier la validit\u00e9 pr\u00e9dictive de l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 sur le comportement de travail innovateur en utilisant une approche multi-sources. L&#8217;effet mod\u00e9rateur de l&#8217;\u00e2ge des employ\u00e9s sur la relation entre, d&#8217;une part, l&#8217;auto-\u00e9valuations et notes de superviseur de l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9, et, d&#8217;autre part, le comportement de travail innovant a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide multi-groupe SEM. Conclusions: Les r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que l&#8217;auto-\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 corr\u00e9lats positivement avec le comportement de travail innovateur \u00e9valu\u00e9 superviseur, et qui met en corr\u00e9lation l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 nominale superviseur positivement avec le comportement de travail auto-\u00e9valuation innovante. L&#8217;\u00e2ge semble avoir une influence faible sur la relation entre l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 et le comportement de travail innovateur; plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, dans le cas d&#8217;un \u00e2ge plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, la relation \u00e9tait plus forte, les limites de recherche \/ implications.
