L’objectif de ce rapport est de mettre en \u00e9vidence les pratiques d’engagement efficaces de l’employeur et d’identifier les principaux enseignements tir\u00e9s de la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes d’apprentissage ax\u00e9es sur la technologie.
