Les r\u00e9sultats ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les facteurs qui peuvent am\u00e9liorer les intentions de l&#8217;ach\u00e8vement d&#8217;un soutien de l&#8217;organisation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7ues apprentissage (POS) Des facteurs tels que l&#8217;apprenti salaire, la reconnaissance et le soutien des employeurs. Chef d&#8217;\u00e9change membres (LMX) des facteurs tels que le soutien des formateurs et des superviseurs, augmenterait leur intention de compl\u00e9ter un apprentissage et de rester avec une organisation apr\u00e8s la formation.
