Pour mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le du syst\u00e8me postsecondaire de l&#8217;Ontario pour faciliter l&#8217;entr\u00e9e des PSFE dans la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre des soins de sant\u00e9, cette \u00e9tude a analys\u00e9 sept programmes de formation relais canadien et entr\u00e9e obtenu \u00e0 partir de 15 informateurs cl\u00e9s. L&#8217;objectif de l&#8217;\u00e9valuation \u00e9tait d&#8217;identifier les caract\u00e9ristiques et les pratiques des programmes de transition efficaces PSFE.
