Les points d&#8217;analyse aux fa\u00e7ons complexes dont les non-concordance est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;une pr\u00e9cision et \u00e0 mesure de la date de non-concordance, qui refl\u00e8te les possibilit\u00e9s de gain de comp\u00e9tences et de perte de comp\u00e9tences sur la dur\u00e9e de vie, et refl\u00e8te les diff\u00e9rences dans la qualit\u00e9 des qualifications. Deux principales conclusions ressortent.
