Ce rapport est bas\u00e9 sur les conclusions de la premi\u00e8re d&#8217;une enqu\u00eate quantitative \u00e0 deux ondes employeur dans le cadre de cette \u00e9valuation en cours. Des entrevues t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es en Ao\u00fbt \u00e0 Octobre 2011, avec 1.000 employeurs qui avaient soit \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnues par IiP pour la premi\u00e8re fois ou renouvel\u00e9 leur reconnaissance au cours des 12 mois avant le travail sur le terrain. Les objectifs principaux de l&#8217;\u00e9tude \u00e9taient d&#8217;explorer les points de vue des employeurs et des exp\u00e9riences de travail vers l&#8217;accr\u00e9ditation IIP et les modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre IiP standard, ainsi que le soutien n\u00e9cessaire et re\u00e7u tout au long du processus. L&#8217;\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement mesur\u00e9 l&#8217;importance et le r\u00f4le de l&#8217;IIP au sein des ressources humaines (RH) des employeurs et des strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;affaires, l&#8217;impact sur ces employeurs de travailler \u00e0 et obtenir l&#8217;accr\u00e9ditation IIP et leur satisfaction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 l&#8217;IIP.
