La deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e a examin\u00e9 s&#8217;il existe des indices de l&#8217;\u00e9volution des niveaux d&#8217;impact des IIP chez les employeurs r\u00e9cemment reconnus par rapport \u00e0 un groupe similaire de nouvelles reconnaissances de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 1. Ceci impliquait r\u00e9interroger certains employeurs interrog\u00e9s \u00e0 1 an pour d\u00e9terminer si les avantages r\u00e9sultant de IiP la reconnaissance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenues, voire augment\u00e9, ou si au contraire, ils ont disparu avec le passage du temps.
