Nous identifions un choc d&#8217;offre de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s plus technologiquement avanc\u00e9 IT qualifi\u00e9s en exploitant une r\u00e9forme d&#8217;un r\u00e8glement de formation allemand, une r\u00e9forme rendant obligatoire tous les nouveaux apprentis dans une grande profession de fabrication d&#8217;acqu\u00e9rir en profondeur des comp\u00e9tences informatiques. Nous utilisons l&#8217;approche d&#8217;une diff\u00e9rence entre les diff\u00e9rences d&#8217;analyser la fa\u00e7on dont ce choc d&#8217;offre de travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s IT ont affect\u00e9 les carri\u00e8res des travailleurs en place. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que m\u00eame les jeunes titulaires ont connu des pertes de revenus durables sous forme de croissance des salaires plus bas apr\u00e8s les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en TI qualifi\u00e9s sont entr\u00e9s dans le march\u00e9 du travail. Une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des m\u00e9canismes sugg\u00e8re que les op\u00e9rateurs historiques sur les promotions de moyenne et technologiquement ya renonc\u00e9 avanc\u00e9 de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en TI qualifi\u00e9s bond\u00e9s titulaires de leur occupation.
