Ces comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 un r\u00e9sultat mesurable sur les cartes de rapport depuis 1998 et sont essentiels \u00e0 la construction d&#8217;une main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre comp\u00e9titive pour le 21e si\u00e8cle.
