Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent une vision commune que les comp\u00e9tences ne sont pas simplement \u00ab comp\u00e9tences \u00bb et ne sont pas r\u00e9ductibles \u00e0 des cat\u00e9gories professionnelles, mais impliquent des habitudes complexes de l&#8217;esprit qui englobent les comp\u00e9tences cognitives, inter et intra-personnelles. Les analyses mettent \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;apprentissage actif pour cultiver ces comp\u00e9tences, le manque de formation en milieu de travail, l&#8217;utilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de d\u00e9pistage de la \u00ab culture ajustement \u00bb dans le cadre de l&#8217;embauche, et l&#8217;existence de multiples formes de partenariats intersectoriels qui cultivent sociale des \u00e9tudiants et capitale culturelle.
