Pour informer les organisations sur la fa\u00e7on de soutenir plus efficacement cette adoption par un groupe d&#8217;employ\u00e9s de la technologie, l&#8217;objectif de cette \u00e9tude multiple exploratoire qualitative de cas a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour acqu\u00e9rir une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des exp\u00e9riences quotidiennes des travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s lors de l&#8217;adoption et l&#8217;adaptation aux technologies de l&#8217;information et de la communication dans un lieu de travail infus\u00e9 technologie. Cette \u00e9tude est encadr\u00e9e par, d&#8217;abord, le cadre de compensation de s\u00e9lection d&#8217;optimisation du vieillissement r\u00e9ussi et, d&#8217;autre part, le cadre de la conception de la formation \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge compris. Des entretiens semi structur\u00e9s avec 8 participants, des notes sur le terrain d&#8217;observation et les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;archives ont fourni des donn\u00e9es concernant les exp\u00e9riences technologiques chez les travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s en milieu de travail. th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 \u00e0 travers l&#8217;analyse Identifiables th\u00e9matique des donn\u00e9es textuelles et l&#8217;analyse de synth\u00e8se crois\u00e9e cas. Un total de 8 cat\u00e9gories qui enferment un total de 18 th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s. Les cat\u00e9gories sont les suivantes (a) la s\u00e9lection des ressources, (b) l&#8217;optimisation des ressources, (c) la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des ressources, (d) les limites de performance, (e) l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des besoins de formation, (f) l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement \/ le maintien du rendement, (g) selon l&#8217;\u00e2ge besoins de formation inclusive, et (h) des travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s et actifs de l&#8217;organisation. Les r\u00e9sultats des efforts accrus de changement social en donnant un aper\u00e7u sur les exp\u00e9riences quotidiennes que les travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s face qui peut contribuer \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e en milieu de travail.
