Ces changements r\u00e9sultent de la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle (4IR) et l&#8217;accent mis sur l&#8217;innovation technologique et la productivit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique dans les organisations. Traditionnellement, tous les domaines de gestion et de fonctionnement des organisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rendues possibles et soutenues par la gestion des connaissances (KM) sous la forme d&#8217;une strat\u00e9gie de codification ou de personnalisation. Cependant, dans l&#8217;organisation 4IR il est reconnu que la \u00ab connaissance \u00bb sera sous la forme de \u00ab grandes donn\u00e9es \u00bb qui est re\u00e7u par des capteurs et transmis aux actionneurs et peuvent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s dans un syst\u00e8me de cyber-physique en nuage. Cela n\u00e9cessite reconceptualisation sur la pertinence de la gestion des connaissances en soutenant les domaines fonctionnels des organisations ainsi que la mani\u00e8re dont les manifestes de gestion des connaissances. Plus important encore sur l&#8217;applicabilit\u00e9 et la pertinence de la gestion des connaissances \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 les humains sont parfaitement reli\u00e9s par des technologies omnipr\u00e9sentes.
