S\u2019il est particuli\u00e8rement difficile de mesurer l\u2019impact socio-\u00e9conomique d\u2019un syst\u00e8me dans lequel les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des grandes \u00e9coles ont un acc\u00e8s prioritaire aux fonctions dirigeantes des entreprises, il est en revanche plus ais\u00e9 d\u2019analyser, \u00e0 un niveau individuel, le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par le dipl\u00f4me dans la trajectoire des salari\u00e9s. C\u2019est cette question qui est soulev\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019une entreprise qui accorde de l\u2019importance aux dipl\u00f4mes de prestige : le groupe Orange.
