En utilisant les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9tude de sant\u00e9 et de retraite (1998-2004), l&#8217;analyse de transition latente a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour identifier un mod\u00e8le de montage capturant \u00e9tats-retraite de travail dans quatre \u00e9chantillons d\u00e9finis par l&#8217;\u00e2ge et le sexe. La pr\u00e9valence de chaque \u00e9tat a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crit et les probabilit\u00e9s de transition dynamiques au sein de la structure latente ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s. En utilisant la r\u00e9gression logistique multinomiale, les facteurs socio-d\u00e9mographiques, la sant\u00e9, la famille et du travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9terminer la fa\u00e7on dont chacun \u00e9tait li\u00e9 \u00e0 la probabilit\u00e9 d&#8217;occuper un \u00e9tat latent sp\u00e9cifique au niveau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que les r\u00e9pondants de l&#8217;\u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9s en groupes distincts: retrait\u00e9s complet, partiel ou travailleur retrait\u00e9 \u00e0 temps partiel, des travailleurs \u00e0 temps plein, handicap\u00e9 travail ou femme au foyer. La pr\u00e9valence du plein statut de retrait\u00e9 a augment\u00e9, alors que la pr\u00e9valence du statut des travailleurs \u00e0 temps plein a diminu\u00e9 au fil du temps pour les hommes et les femmes. Les taux d&#8217;adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat travail handicap\u00e9s et partielle retrait\u00e9e \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compatibles avec les probabilit\u00e9s ont diminu\u00e9 du statut handicap\u00e9s travaillent dans les groupes plus \u00e2g\u00e9s et les probabilit\u00e9s accrues de retrait\u00e9s partielles chez les hommes plus jeunes.
