Nous proposons que les int\u00e9r\u00eats sont structur\u00e9s hi\u00e9rarchiquement, les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour les activit\u00e9s de travail sp\u00e9cifique au niveau le plus bas (\u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat), les int\u00e9r\u00eats de base pour les classes homog\u00e8nes d&#8217;activit\u00e9s au niveau interm\u00e9diaire (\u00e9valu\u00e9es en utilisant des \u00e9chelles d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de base), et les dimensions d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 large bande d\u00e9crivant les tendances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales des individus \u00e0 tirer ou motiv\u00e9e par grands types de milieux de travail au sommet.
