CONSTATATIONS L&#8217;un des th\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents \u00e0 \u00e9merger des interviews des travailleurs \u00e9tait que l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de l&#8217;effort accru n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 une cons\u00e9quence in\u00e9vitable des changements dans la composition des comp\u00e9tences et des t\u00e2ches, mais plut\u00f4t en fonction de la perte de travailleurs d&#8217;un semblant de contr\u00f4le sur leurs routines de travail et la gamme des responsabilit\u00e9s. Ce qui distingue cette analyse d&#8217;\u00e9tude de cas est que, malgr\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences mat\u00e9rielles \u00e9videntes entre les processus de travail et les conditions de travail des ing\u00e9nieurs en a\u00e9rospatiale hautement qualifi\u00e9s employ\u00e9s dans des environnements HPW et travailleurs de l&#8217;automobile semi-qualifi\u00e9s employ\u00e9s sur les lignes d&#8217;assemblage maigres, dans deux pays diff\u00e9rents, des mod\u00e8les similaires de d\u00e9gradation du travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus.
