L&#8217;absence de recherche empirique sur le leader SD en Chine a conduit \u00e0 une approche qualitative dans la phase initiale. Les groupes de discussion ont d&#8217;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es pour \u00e9tablir la pertinence de la construction focale d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re holistique et \u00e9laborateur. Des entretiens approfondis ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 entrepris pour capturer la richesse du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne par contextualisation significatif et d&#8217;identifier les th\u00e8mes en tant que repr\u00e9sentant des probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s par les participants. Sept th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 de ce processus, qui, en consultation avec la litt\u00e9rature, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnalis\u00e9 dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une enqu\u00eate pour les tests d&#8217;hypoth\u00e8ses. R\u00e9sultats &#8211; La combinaison des connaissances \u00e0 partir d&#8217;\u00e9tudes qualitatives et quantitatives met en \u00e9vidence la dynamique interactive et la nature du chef SD en tant que produit d&#8217;influences contextuelles et personnelles en Chine.
