Les r\u00e9sultats CONSTATATIONS appuient les hypoth\u00e8ses sur la technologie pouss\u00e9e et de la demande-pull bien \u00e9tablies et, en outre, des preuves d&#8217;approvisionnement pour le r\u00f4le de dotation en comp\u00e9tences dans l&#8217;augmentation des investissements en R &amp; D d&#8217;une entreprise. Limites de la recherche \/ implications- Une limitation de l&#8217;\u00e9tude concerne la mesure des comp\u00e9tences qui est ici, comme dans la litt\u00e9rature \u00e9conomique pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, simplement le rapport entre production (cols bleus) et les travailleurs non productifs (cols blancs). Une autre limitation de cette contribution concerne sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisable limit\u00e9e: les donn\u00e9es proviennent d&#8217;entreprises manufacturi\u00e8res italiennes relativement importantes, \u00e0 savoir le secteur des services et les PME ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s.
