Dans la recherche r\u00e9cente sur digitalisation, peu d&#8217;attention a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;impact sur le genre de ces changements. Cet article traite de cette lacune en d\u00e9veloppant une perspective de genre sur digitalisation, compte tenu de la fa\u00e7on dont ces d\u00e9veloppements Interagir avec les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales existantes et les mod\u00e8les de s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation entre les sexes sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Nous identifions deux grands domaines dans lesquels digitalisation a jusqu&#8217;ici eu un effet marqu\u00e9 sur l&#8217;emploi: la structure de l&#8217;emploi (y compris le changement du travail et le contenu des t\u00e2ches d&#8217;emplois) et les formes de travail (y compris les relations de travail et l&#8217;organisation du travail).
