Plusieurs exemples r\u00e9cents ont mis en avant les avantages de ce type de pratique, aussi bien pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts du processus d\u2019innovation que pour am\u00e9liorer ses r\u00e9sultats. Dans ce travail, nous \u00e9tudions l\u2019impact organisationnel du CAI en mobilisant les th\u00e9ories sur les fronti\u00e8res des organisations. La litt\u00e9rature identifie quatre fronti\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes : fronti\u00e8re d\u2019efficience, d\u2019influence, de comp\u00e9tence et d\u2019identit\u00e9.
