Des \u00e9tudes sur le lieu de travail ont \u00e9galement affirm\u00e9 une relation entre les comp\u00e9tences ou la formation et la capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;une entreprise \u00e0 innover (Toner, 2011). De r\u00e9centes \u00e9tudes de l&#8217;innovation dans les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes (Arundal et coll., 2007) comprenaient des sondages sur les contextes organisationnels et ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que certaines formes d&#8217;organisation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement propices \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage et \u00e0 l&#8217;innovation. Cet article compl\u00e8te certaines de ces enqu\u00eates ant\u00e9rieures en r\u00e9alisant des \u00e9tudes qualitatives approfondies des apprenants dans les organisations innovantes en Norv\u00e8ge. L&#8217;organisation d&#8217;activit\u00e9s et les environnements d&#8217;apprentissage sont analys\u00e9s. Il est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des informations sur les pratiques locales de gestion des ressources humaines et des strat\u00e9gies pour le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et de la formation. Les donn\u00e9es comprennent des informations sur l&#8217;apprentissage formel et informel des participants travaillant dans le d\u00e9veloppement des produits.
