Le but de cet article est d&#8217;\u00e9tudier les possibilit\u00e9s de plates-formes de r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 utiliser la nature collective des connaissances dans l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de la connaissance et de l&#8217;innovation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une communication plus d\u00e9veloppement en ligne de professionnels. Sur la base d&#8217;une revue de la litt\u00e9rature sur le d\u00e9veloppement des connaissances, le document compare les principes de base de l&#8217;application des connaissances dans la formulation de nouvelles d\u00e9cisions au cours de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle et commune lors de la communication en ligne au sein des plates-formes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es pour \u00ab l&#8217;\u00e9change de connaissances \u00bb.
