Une revue exhaustive de la litt\u00e9rature a \u00e9t\u00e9 entrepris pour analyser les perspectives des universitaires. Pour peep dans la perspective professionnelle, un examen critique du g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste des ressources humaines, les associations sp\u00e9cifiques des RH et des cabinets de conseil en ressources humaines a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Enfin, une recherche de bureau de diverses publicit\u00e9s relatives aux ressources humaines, a permis d&#8217;identifier les points de vue des employeurs. Les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s identifi\u00e9es comprennent: la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des relations efficaces, l&#8217;influence, n\u00e9gocier et diriger. Les r\u00e9sultats ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les revues scientifiques ne permettent pas d&#8217;identifier les comp\u00e9tences \u00ab gestion de projet \u00bb requis par praticien des ressources humaines. La synth\u00e8se de la litt\u00e9rature professionnelle aussi n&#8217;a pas captur\u00e9 le th\u00e8me du \u00ab changement syndical \u00bb.
