L&#8217;un des outils pour la r\u00e9alisation de ceux-ci est l&#8217;\u00e9ducation en ligne, o\u00f9 les \u00e9tudiants ont la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer leur temps, le contenu et les objectifs. Ainsi, cet article analyse ces questions du point de vue des comp\u00e9tences acquises par e-learning et valide l&#8217;Employabilit\u00e9 E-learning socio-technique cadre du Syst\u00e8me de mesure (Stelem). La recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l&#8217;Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Exploratoire et analyses de confirmation factoriel validate plusieurs \u00e9chelles coh\u00e9rentes et fiables dans deux domaines: (i) l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9, sur la base du capital social de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation, l&#8217;autonomisation des m\u00e9dias, l&#8217;acquisition de connaissances, la conversion des connaissances, l&#8217;alphab\u00e9tisation, digitalness, la collaboration, la r\u00e9silience, la proactivit\u00e9, l&#8217;identit\u00e9, l&#8217;ouverture, la motivation , la culture organisationnelle et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi; et (ii) les syst\u00e8mes socio-techniques existant dans cette universit\u00e9 ouverte en ligne, en fonction de son information et de la communication (TIC), les t\u00e2ches d&#8217;apprentissage, ainsi que des approches centr\u00e9es sur les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de l&#8217;organisation.
