Mobilisant la th\u00e9orie de la conservation des ressources (COR) (Hobfoll, 1989), nous proposons que la capacit\u00e9 du dirigeant \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir, retenir et activer des ressources cl\u00e9s contribue \u00e0 son mieux-\u00eatre et limite ses risques d&#8217;absence de sant\u00e9.
