Une combinaison d&#8217;interviews, des enqu\u00eates et des donn\u00e9es d&#8217;utilisation recueillies aupr\u00e8s de deux organismes gouvernementaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour recueillir les donn\u00e9es. R\u00e9sultats &#8211; La principale conclusion est que, une politique agira comme un catalyseur initial pour le changement de la culture et de l&#8217;utilisation efficace des technologies Web 2.0 dans un environnement gouvernemental. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 qu&#8217;il est important de d\u00e9velopper une compr\u00e9hension entre la haute direction sur la motivation de leurs employ\u00e9s d&#8217;utiliser le Web 2.0 en interne. En cons\u00e9quence, le mod\u00e8le th\u00e9orique propos\u00e9 pourrait aider les organisations gouvernementales dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;adoption des approches efficaces en identifiant la motivation de leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 adopter des technologies Web 2.0 et le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une politique de m\u00e9dias sociaux d&#8217;organisation appropri\u00e9e.
