Ainsi, l&#8217;\u00e9ducation est sans aucun doute l&#8217;un des principaux moteurs de la croissance \u00e9conomique et le d\u00e9veloppement, une augmentation des d\u00e9penses r\u00e9elles pour l&#8217;\u00e9ducation se trouve dans de nombreux pays. Tout cela est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9vident en p\u00e9riode de changements technologiques rapides.
