L\u2019organisation industrielle a connu plusieurs mod\u00e8les avec le taylorisme, le fordisme et le toyotisme, piliers des r\u00e9gimes de croissance \u00e9conomique entre 1945 et les ann\u00e9es 70. L\u2019examen des \u00e9volutions technologiques en cours dans les laboratoires de recherche et certaines entreprises indique des changements majeurs non pas tant au niveau de l\u2019automatisation, mais au niveau de l\u2019intelligence via des mises en r\u00e9seau des machines et des liaisons machines\/hommes. Certaines usines semblent bien \u00e9tranges au premier abord, on y trouve des robots et des \u00e9quipements num\u00e9riques en masse qui nous permettent de dire que l\u2019organisation industrielle s\u2019\u00e9loigne de plus en plus du mod\u00e8le connu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
